Episode 07: Less Resistance = More Flow: Using the Ohm’s Law to explain the “Path of Least Resistance”

 

In this episode I talk about the idea of the “Path of Least Resistance” and how we can use this concept to prevent burnout and increase flow.

More often than not, when we think about “The Path of Least Resistance” many naively assume it requires no effort and simply waiting for things to fall into place. This idea is perhaps non-exhaustive, as it doesnt take into account the effort that is necessary to take responsibility for your actions and emotions, set intentions, and build healthy habits, all things that may create the illusion of “effortless success” in the long run.

This episode not only explores this concept deeper, but also provides you with the necessary outline to decide whether or not the effort you’re exerting is increasing or decreasing your “flow”.
