The Find & Feel Podcast was created to mesh science and spirituality in a fresh way so that anyone, regardless of ones belief system or background, one is able to find new, easy, ways to create a life for themselves that is satisfying, healthy, peaceful, and fun. Whether that looks like boundary-setting between you and your mind, or optimizing your brain wave states in order to get in tune with the subconscious, there are tips and tricks that can be implemented not just when your “healed” —but right now.

“I currently attend university, work, and podcast in the DMV area, but I look forward to growing my podcast to expand my reach to those across the globe so that mental health and wellness tools are more accessible for those that may resonate. My goal is to challenge the stigma around mental wellness so that more people are empowered to take simple, straight-forward steps that lead to joyful, satisfying, outcomes. Wellness doesn’t have to be hard or bound to a specific belief system, it just needs to work for you as an individual.”
